• A common finding during our helideck/heliport inspection process is that the Helideck Operations Manual (Sometimes known as the “HLO Manual”) is either missing or incomplete.

• Helideck Operations Manuals are required by all helideck regulations and guidance material and are an essential tool for the safe and efficient management of the helideck operation.

• We will produce a compliant manual, tailored to your own individual operational requirements that also includes recognized best practice from the industry world wide.

• We can also provide manuals at a higher level, such as a company Helideck Operations Safety Management Manual – this will sit alongside your existing Safety Management System.

• Whatever your requirement, OAS have the experience and resources to provide a generic template and then adapt this to suit your own particular environment and circumstances, in sympathy with your existing HSE system and procedures.
